Billie is a very people-orientated dog, she longs for company and is unhappy to be in the shelter, as we cannot spent so much time with her. She gets very excited to see us and likes to come out and run around. She is an energetic dog, although would probably be much more relaxed in a home. She recently started doing some leash training and is developing her confidence nicely. She has limited experience outside the shelter so needs a home where she can be introduced to more things and develop confidence at her own pace.
Billie and her two sisters were left outside the shelter as small puppies July 2022, in hot weather. We found temporary foster for them while they awaited vaccinations, but unfortunately they were not adopted so had to return to the shelter. And so they have been with us ever since.
