Phoenix is a docile dog, quite shy but not fearful and he is curious and very thoughtful. We always wonder what he is thinking as he seems to gaze into your soul. Once he meets you a few times he will come up for a gentle pat. He is quite playful and loves to dig and carry his bedding, especially to play in the straw. He loves food time and will tell you it is time by pushing his bowl around loudly! He is getting older now and would love to have his own comfortable bed and a nice garden to explore. He walks quite well on leash but likes to stay in his comfort zone, so it’s important to slowly build up to longer walks. | |
